I just learned something today ^^
I didn’t knew such cheating board even existed, sounds like Action Replay or Game Shark for PC 
I didn’t knew that it was possible to get full memory access, it could come handy to make something like an hardware debugger or an advanced hardware monitor maybe?
I also thought about a realtime co-processor with custom instruction set and IO as a possible usage.
