Hey!
Recently purchased the Au V2 to start toying around with FPGAs for work related projects. I noticed that when downloading and installing the Vivado suite from AMD that the available licenses have changed from those shown in the setup tutorial. Instead of having the option for “Vivado HL WebPACK” as shown, now there is only the option for “Vivado ML Enterprise”.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is the solution simply to download an older version of Vivado (the version shown in the tutorial perhaps?). Once the 30 day trial expires, will the Legacy HL license take over?
While these projects are related to work, I would enjoy working with FPGAs as a hobbyist too, so having the option to continue using an Au on my own or if my company doesn’t want to pay for the enterprise license if my proof of concept doesn’t work would be ideal.
Thanks!
