what a deal… i had to buy one… this is going to be fun.
These are controller boards that comes from old BTC mining rigs, it’s meant to drive a bunch of ASICs.
They resell thoses as dev boards when the rig becomes obsolete 
Looks these can be found at 5$ in mainland china.

That’s pretty wild. I never made a Zynq board because the parts were too expensive that I couldn’t think of many applications where an Au/Pt and a Raspberry Pi wouldn’t be a better choice.
