Alchitry Labs: Load Flash and Load RAM remain unavailable after setup

Hi, I’m having some trouble with setup / basic operation of Alchitry Labs.

Bought the Alchitry Cu V2 + Alchitry IO V2.

Installed Alchitry Labs 2.0.41 Beta (and Vivado 2025.1 and Java 25.0.1) on Windows 11.

Set location of Vivado in Alchitry Labs settings.

Followed Alchitry YouTube tutorial on the Reset Button - LED project.

Project builds binary file. In simulator, project runs precisely as designed.

But Load Flash and Load RAM buttons remain disabled.

Using the Alchitry Loader, the Progam Flash button seems to work. I see the rotating indicator working and the pre-existing program on the Cu appears to be erased. But the program does not execute on the Cu (as it does in the Simulator). All the LEDs on both the Cu and the IO board remain slightly illuminated and there is no response to the press of the reset button.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!

I know I answered this via email, but for anyone else running into a similar issue, double check you selected the board you have when creating the project.

The target FPGA still needs to be added to the UI somewhere for clarity.
