Hi,
I have looked at the schematic of the Alchitry Hd and I recommend to connect the SHIELD pins directly to GND without resistor and capacitor. The reason is that I have encountered several monitors that required hard GND for receive of stable signal.

I honestly can’t remember why these were originally added. It was a carry over from the original Mojo HDMI shield. I can’t see any reason for them and it looks like some cables even omit the signal grounds and rely on shield.
I’ll take them out and connect directly to ground. Thanks for the recommendation!
