Alchitry Au v2 incompatibility

Hi, it looks like LED4 and LED7 use different FPGA pins than old version Au. It can cause incompatibility with current SW/Core. Is it typo or is there a reason?

LED4: M15(new) vs M16(old)
LED7: P14(new) vs N16(old)

usbtx and usbrx is not wired to new socket as well.

V1 and V2 are definitely not configuration compatible. A lot of the pinout changed and you’ll have to rebuild any projects targeting V2.
