5 ways to debug - what do you use?
Hi all,

In my FPGA adventures, I quickly stumbled onto the "FPGA Hell", so now I am looking how to debug the signals going through the Alchitry boards.

Which tool do you prefer and why?
  1. Alchitry wave capture

  2. Wishbone controlled scope to capture vcd and show in gtkwave, setup described in this article

  3. Vivado debugging Integrated Logic Analyzer ILA

  4. Litescope, wich can also export to sigrok

  5. Your own debug statements sent over uart
I am curious to hear which one you use and why!

I am also on FPGA Hell and am struggling with learning Lucid. This is a good post! Thank you for laying out a good set of debugging options. @Alchitry, please consider writing tutorials on these debugging options as it will make your products more accessible to new developers.
read all this and the information you shared is amazing Digital marketing Services is the great topic hope you will write something interesting about it  it will also help the visitors.
