Can the MicroBlaze computer be accessed with Vivado/Vitis?

It should definitely be possible. I haven't used the MicroBlaze stuff in a while and the tutorial about it is probably very outdated for the current tools. I'd *hope* the tools are much better because I remember it being a huge pain when I wrote it.
